What a fantastic night we had at the Race night on 11th October at St Josephs Club in Chorley.
The room was buzzing with excitement as bets were placed and people won on the horses they backed. Over 100 people attended. We had Hot Pot supper and Greggs the Bakers supplied us with Cup Cakes. The last race was really exciting as people placed bids for horses and jockey’s. It was so funny. We raised over £200 on the one race.
The gentleman who won the final race donated his half back to Headway. In total we raised £1550.
